I’ve reached that time of the year when I could still be wearing summer clothes due to the temperatures, but I just don’t want to anymore. Somehow, when the leaves start to change, I feel like it’s time to start changing my colors as well. Bring on the rich navy, maroon, gold, tan, orange, and forest green! Oh yeah, and bring on the pumpkin spice everything!
Where to buy:
- Sweater — Merona, from Target; sold out, similar, similar
- Jeans — Kut from the Kloth Connie Skinny Crop-Fray Hem, $89: Amazon; similar, similar
- Boots — Toms Majorca perforated suede peep toe booties, $69 from Toms.com (this color sold out); same, from Amazon, same, from Shoptiques
The nice thing about stack-heeled boots is that if you keep them relatively low in the heels (like no more than 3″), they are comfortable enough to walk around all day. I’ve worn these Toms Majorica booties to teach in several times and they passed muster.
Okay, now I’m wondering…does anyone even say “passed muster” anymore?
