6 Simple Fall Recipes You’ll Love

My favorite F. Scott Fitzgerald quotation is “Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.” Whether it’s the changing leaves, the anticipation of the upcoming holidays, or the onset of sweater weather, it’s always nice when those brisk autumn breezes start up again. Another highly anticipated fall tradition is all of the yummy fall food options: caramel apples, pumpkin and cider donuts, chili and hearty soups and stews, and pumpkin spice everything. Today I’m sharing six of Everyday Teacher Style’s most popular fall recipes. These recipes are a big hit with followers, and they also happen to be ones I personally love and make for my family every year. Enjoy!

1. Jen’s Air Fryer Donuts

This recipe is hands-down the most popular in the history of this blog. People love how simple it is (trust me, you can’t mess it up) and how quickly you can whip up delicious donuts. These have a sugar, cinnamon, and spice mixture, but you could easily tweak them with pumpkin or apple pie spice for even more fall flavor.

2. Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Pie with Spiced Candied Pecans

I created this recipe for a contest sponsored by Florida Crystals organic sugars. I didn’t win the contest, but I still feel like a winner because this recipe has become a favorite fall staple at our house. It’s a unique twist on everyone’s favorite pumpkin pie.

3. Apple Pie with Salted Caramel Sauce

Another fall-favorite recipe from the blog archives is this simple apple pie with a delicious salted caramel sauce drizzled over the top. It’s even better served with vanilla (or vanilla-cinnamon!) ice cream.

4. Jen’s Slow Cooker Leftover Turkey Wild Rice Soup

There’s nothing better than a turkey sandwich made with leftover holiday turkey. Except maybe a warm, hearty bowl of turkey wild rice soup made with leftover holiday turkey. This one’s a Black Friday weekend tradition at our house.

5. Easy Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles

Can you ever have too many good slow cooker recipes this time of year? Nope. So here’s another one of my favorite fall recipes. This one is super easy and the perfect meal for a chilly fall evening.

6. Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (3 Flavors!)

And last, but certainly not least, our tradition every year after carving our Halloween pumpkins is to roast the seeds. Our favorite flavor is the good ‘ole salt and butter original, but we love experimenting with other flavors, including pumpkin pie, kettle corn, ranch, spicy pepper, pizza, and others. Here are three of our favorites: original, garlic & herb, and kettle corn.
